for Female and Young Faculty

Two SENTAN-Q female graduates were newly selected as Vice Presidents as of October 1, 2024. Prof. Mako Nakamura (Faculty of Agriculture) was appointed as Vice President for International Affairs (Education and Research, International Students), Domestic Public Relations. Prof. Liu Huixin (Faculty of Sciences) was appointed as Vice President for International Affairs (Education and Research, SIAG), DEI（Diversity, Equity & Inclusion). One of the goals of SENTAN-Q, the promotion of female researchers to management positions, has quickly come to fruition. It is expected that they will make most use of their SENTAN-Q training achievements to university governance and management.
