"Diversity and Super Global Training Program for Female and Young Faculty (SENTAN-Q)” funded under MEXT’s support program "Initiative for Realizing Diversity in the Research Environment" in 2019. The six year’s subsidy project has come to an end in FY 2024. From 2025, SENTAN-Q is implemented with university’s own budget.

This training program aims to cultivate truly capable, diversity-minded super global faculty members who can compete on an equal footing with the world’s best.
